Thank you for joining me! I look forward to connecting with you and offering an environment where you can move deeper within your physical practice, safely and confidently. I designed my monthly subscription to offer you a well-rounded yoga, movement and meditation practice. We meet two times per week for livestream movement classes. We also meet for morning meditations on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8 am, along with a weekly Satsang on Saturdays at 9 am. Finally, to add to your practices on days when we don't meet there are several pre-recorded classes available for you to practice multiple times throughout the month.
