As a teacher, counselor and truth seeker, I am deeply motivated to help people searching for a more intentional path for living. The entry point for this work may be your health, relationships or job, but ultimately this transformational work teaches you how to become whole again, even if you feel you were never there to begin with.

The work for me, and what I have chosen to share with the world is three pronged: Movement, Meditation and Life Design. I guess you could say that Life Design is a synthesis of all of it.

Life Design is a course, but really a lifestyle. It both serves as a roadmap for your future and a community where I (and other life designers in your community) support you in integrating the lessons taught into intentional living. This is the work that creates actual change that aligns with who YOU are and what YOU believe.

Life Design: A Course in Intentional Living

Most people don’t live the lives they want because they don’t believe they can.

Based on my own personal life and thirty years of teaching how to live consciously, I created Life Design. This program is a step-by-step experiential system to help you live a life of intention and  create the life you most desire.

With roots in the ancient wisdom practices this work will take you out of feeling stuck in life and reveal the blueprint for what your life was always meant to be.

In this course, we work together to help you find your true voice and a life of intention that is in alignment with YOUR true nature. Each week, we take both spiritual and physical steps to create a synergy between inner purpose and outer actions.

Meditation

A journey of self discovery.

Meditation has been at the core of every change I have made in my own life. Over the years I came to understand how the mind and body work in tandem. I find that people often focus on one, while leaving the other to wither. Buddhists meditate, but don't move much. Yogis do yoga all day, but often don't find time to sit in meditation.  

My greatest shifts came when I brought these two parts of myself together deliberately and with intention. When you do this, you create space, flow and harmony in your life.

I have been teaching meditation internationally for over twenty years and was named one of Well + Good's Top 5 Meditation Teachers .

During our guided meditation sessions, you will learn to calm the mind, increase concentration and so much more! You will focus on a deeper understanding of who you are while journeying inward to discover a deeper level of confidence, empathy and inner peace.

Students of all spiritual backgrounds are welcome. No experience is necessary.

Every experience, whether it be a yoga class, Satsang or meditation nurtures and deepens my practice further. It is rare that I walk away from a class without experiencing another nuanced layer of an asana pose or the quiet power of my breath and inward listening.

Loving you Yoga & Movement

Think Functional Movement and Strength Training Meets Yoga.

I did it without restrictions, pain, hours in the gym or on the mat. The truth is anyone can. This is a practice for any body.

Loving You Yoga is for anyone who is ready for a thoughtful yoga practice that is focused on functional movement, inner listening and deep inner connection. 

 Often when we think of exercise, we think of will and coercion. I have found that there is a way to move deeply and mindfully while keeping the body challenged. We do this in Loving You Yoga by establishing an intuitive understanding of your own body in each class and awakening a deeper, more body-friendly practice.

Paula Tursi works with individual clients, couples and entrepreneurs privately around relationship issues, career goals, parenting, and spiritual awakening. Her work with clients is primarily action-oriented. She’s available in-person in New York City or online.
