Journey Work with Paula Tursi

The Deep Session: A Private Passage Through Pattern, Memory, & Meaning

This is not a quick fix. This is deep, intentional work—an immersive five-week process that takes you from preparation to integration. You won’t do this alone. I will be with you at every step, helping you clarify your intentions, holding space for what unfolds, and ensuring that what you uncover becomes lasting change.Think of this as a long, uninterrupted conversation with your unconscious—a space where we can reach what’s been hidden, the beliefs and patterns and even locked away memories running beneath the surface, shaping your life without your conscious awareness.

Through this journey, we begin to untangle old programming, release what no longer serves you, and open the door to a life of greater clarity and ease.

The Process

Session 1: Getting to Know Each Other

This is where we begin—with a conversation. We explore whether this work is the right path for you and discuss whether microdosing might also be a useful tool in your process.

Session 2: Building Trust & Understanding the Landscape

Before we walk into the deeper layers of the mind, we establish a foundation of trust. We explore what psychological doors we may be opening and how to navigate them with awareness.

Session 3: Hypnosis & Microdosing Preparation

A guided hypnosis session, supported by microdosing, helps you begin loosening the grip of old patterns. This prepares you for deeper work, making it easier to release and allow what needs to emerge.

Session 4: The Deep Journey

This is where we go in—fully. The macrodose experience is where we engage in direct conversation with your unconscious, unlocking stored memories, shifting limiting beliefs, and uncovering the truth beneath the noise.

Session 5: Integration of the Experience

The journey isn’t just about what happens during the session—it’s about how you bring what you’ve learned into your daily life. These sessions are dedicated to processing what emerged, making meaning of it, and ensuring the insights don’t just stay as ideas, but become embodied shifts.

Session 6: Practical Application

What now? How do you take what you’ve uncovered and actually live it? In this final session, we discuss tangible ways to apply your insights, ensuring that what you’ve discovered isn’t just a momentary experience but a lasting transformation. This is an approximate outline. Some may need more time, while others may move through the process in fewer sessions. The journey is unique to you, and we move at the pace that feels right.

What is Microdosing?

Microdosing is the practice of taking very small, non-psychoactive doses of psychedelic substances to support cognitive, emotional, and neurological well-being. It’s a way to gently work with plant medicine—offering subtle yet profound benefits without the intensity of a full journey experience. For many, microdosing is an introduction to psychedelics. It’s an accessible, low-risk way to explore their potential. It’s also a powerful tool for those tapering off medications or preparing for the larger experience. And for those already experienced in this work, it can be a daily practice for deepening creativity, focus, and emotional balance.

This isn’t about escape—it’s about presence.
It’s about stepping into your life with more clarity, more connection, and more alignment with the truth of who you are.

The Psychedelic Journey: A Structured Approach

Cycle diagram illustrating the process of psychedelic experience preparation and integration. Key phases: Set Intention, Prepare Mindset, Conduct Ceremony, Integrate Insights.

1 | Intention

Before stepping into this work, ask yourself: Why am I here? Your intention is your anchor—the thread that keeps you connected to your purpose throughout the journey. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or a deeper connection to yourself, knowing your why shapes the entire experience.

2 | Preparation

A meaningful experience doesn’t start with the ceremony—it starts with the mindset you bring into it. Preparation is about creating the right internal and external environment, setting clear expectations, and cultivating openness while reducing risks. The more intentional your preparation, the deeper the work can go.

3 | Ceremony

In the West, we lack true initiations—rites of passage that mark our growth and evolution. Many of us move through life without ever being taught who we are. Psychedelic ceremonies serve as a reminder: You are already whole. These experiences reconnect us to what has always been there but was buried under conditioning, fear, and distraction.

4 | Integration

The journey doesn’t end when the ceremony does. Psychedelics are not a quick fix or a magic solution—they are catalysts. What matters is what you do with the insights they bring. Integration is the process of weaving what you’ve learned into your daily life, making your discoveries not just moments of clarity but lasting transformation.

5 | Repeat (With Intention)

Healing and self-discovery are not one-time events—they unfold over time. If you choose to return to this work, allow space between journeys. Studies show that multiple psychedelic experiences, spaced at least a month apart, can deepen and solidify their positive effects. The key is not frequency, but intentionality.

  • "I thought I had seen it all when it came to self-help, but this experience has given me an entirely new perspective—and a whole new toolbox."

I have been in therapy for many years and have certainly made progress and felt "better." However, after a significant relationship ended, I realized I needed a different kind of support—my existing tools weren’t enough to get me through it. That’s when I was referred to Paula, and she has truly helped me transform on what feels like a cellular level.

I have never felt more like myself—I finally understand who I am. Paula is like a tutor; she sits with you and helps untangle the thoughts and emotions you once believed were just the way things had to be. I thought I had seen it all when it came to self-help, but this experience has given me an entirely new perspective—and a whole new toolbox. In fact, this work doesn’t feel like self-help; it feels like having someone guide you to truly understand yourself and what you want from your time on this earth.
